We’re excited to be kicking off a new partnership with one of the UK’s largest fresh food manufacturers as it embarks on its SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.
The customer, a global business with operations across the UK and the United States, approached us after selecting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to replace its legacy solution. This strategic move is part of a major IT transformation programme introducing SAP S/4HANA across its operations, adopting a fit-to-standard model that covers its Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Supply Chain Management processes.
The initial rollout will focus on two UK sites in Greater London and Lincolnshire. Over the next three years, this transformation will extend across 14 UK sites and four in the US.

This initial engagement will see us building EWM capability and confidence within the customer’s internal teams while introducing PreBilt:
- EWM familiarisation: Targeted familiarisation sessions will help the customer’s teams understand EWM functionality and how it fits into their SAP S/4HANA landscape. These sessions will aim to reduce uncertainty, accelerate learning and set a strong foundation for a smooth rollout, giving the team clarity and confidence before implementation and reducing risk.
- UAT support: We’ll be providing hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guiding super users through test scenarios and helping resolve issues quickly. A structured, supported UAT process means fewer surprises at go-live and higher solution quality.
- Super user training: We’ll be delivering focused training for super users, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to champion EWM within their teams. This creates internal expertise and drives adoption across the business. Empowered super users become trusted points of contact, reducing reliance on external support and improving long-term sustainability.
PreBilt will be implemented to enhance user experience for inbound materials management. PreBilt transforms the standard RFUI into an intuitive, easy-to-use interface, making mobile processes faster and more efficient. This improved usability will help drive adoption, reduce errors and deliver real-time visibility, critical for a business operating at scale.
