The Config Team

A founder owned SAP consultancy and software business

The Config Team was started in 1994 by Andrew and Carolyn Moses initially offering SAP logistics consultancy. Over the years the business has grown both in range of services offered, but also number of team members, and countries where we operate.

Andrew is an entrepreneur by nature and our in house software team created the market leading SAP mobility solution, PreBilt, to meet the needs of its consultancy customers. But not content on building the fastest growing SAP mobility solution across the globe, he's now turning his hand to AI for the supply chain. And the outputs are game changing.

250+ colleagues across two brands

“Leading The Config Team is a great privilege. We excel at delivery and in turn build long term relationships with our customers. This stable based has allowed us to grow both in size and service offering and create a really exciting business.

The energy across our business is what keeps me motivated. I always say if you put your team an inch above your customers in priorities as a leader, your customers will indirectly be positively affected. And that's what's happened here. We have a fantastic and committed team who in turn are fantastic and committed to our customers' happiness”

Andrew Moses, CEO

“Our company culture has always been important to me. It's the essence of who we are. And as we've grown, I've wanted to ensure this is maintained. It can be difficult now we are a large multinational company with multiple offices and a flexible working policy. But we have managed to maintain it.

Culture comes from the top, and I make sure I still meet every new employee face to face, and talk them through our history, heritage and values. And of course, gift them some of the infamous Config Team flapjacks”.
