After inheriting SAP EWM through an acquisition, Rather Outdoors recognised the value the solution could bring to its wider operations. Looking to establish SAP EWM as its warehouse management standard, we delivered a greenfield implementation at its Springfield (US) distribution centre.

Leading the project from design through to go live and hypercare, we delivered an end to end SAP EWM implementation that was completed on schedule and under budget. Beyond the technology itself, TCT also coordinated multiple third party vendors, helping Rather Outdoors navigate a complex project with confidence. The success of the deployment has laid the foundation for future SAP EWM rollouts across the wider business, supporting Rather Outdoors' ambitious growth plans.
